Chief Pilot – firstname.lastname@example.org
As a lifelong resident of Canton Ohio, Mike was inspired to fly by watching aircraft fly into the Akron / Canton airport. He earned his private license in November 1984 followed by his commercial and instrument ratings in May 1985. His first job was flying skydivers and towing banners from Martin Field, which he did on weekends for nine years. His first experience with Castle Aviation and part 135 operations was in May 1992. From there it was riding on the newspaper routes and becoming a PA32 captain to build time and experience. In May 1997 he became full time in PA31’s and then in Cessna Caravans in 1998. He still makes Canton his home with his wife Anne. They have four children and when time permits he enjoys riding his motorcycle.
John “Greenbean” Greenfield
Assistant Chief Pilot / I.T. Director – email@example.com
From the moment John was old enough to know what an airplane was, he knew he wanted to fly. Growing up near small airports has always given him the “bug” that he just never outgrew. Being a Navy veteran he enjoyed the F-14 Tomcat days and was always inspired to get involved with anything aviation. Starting with his private license in 2001 he began the journey of getting his ratings and accomplishments. He joined the team at Castle Aviation in January 2013 and is loving life as the Assistant Chief Pilot and as our I.T. Director for all of our systems. He resides in the Alliance area with his wife and two boys. Whenever he gets free time he enjoys cross-country motorcycle trips and spending time with his family.
Dennis M. Telles II
Senior Captain – firstname.lastname@example.org
Dennis seems to like to travel… a lot!! This is mostly because he lives about an hour away in Wellington, Ohio. Also a “private pilot”, Dennis tries to commute to work via his Cessna 150. Both plane and license came shortly after graduating from Welling High School in 1997. Castle Aviation is Dennis’s second experience in the crazy world of air cargo. He worked at a small international freight forwarding company learning to deal with export airfreight to many different countries. He started at Castle in early 2002 and tries to ride along on flights that time permits. His father Dennis is also a part-time Caravan Captain at Castle Aviation.
