Each quote will break down the details of the flight for you, including aircraft, airports, and price. Once you have made a selection, our passenger coordinator will send you all of your flight details. If you need hotels and/or car rentals arranged, our passenger coordinator can do that for you too! If you have any questions regarding your flight details, our Dispatch team is available 24/7 for your service!

If you have a lot of luggage, let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure we choose the right aircraft for your needs! Our passenger coordinator will tell you the maximum amount of luggage per aircraft when making your selection. With Castle, you can travel with far more luggage than a commercial airline!

We have a couple of hangars at the Akron-Canton Airport, so it can get tricky! Hangar 18 is our Passenger Terminal. Click here to see a map of directions. Once you arrive, you will see that there are parking spots right by the door reserved just for YOU! Go ahead and park and our passenger coordinator will be out to greet you with a luggage cart.
