Can you walk me through the charter process?


Upon contacting us, we will have our passenger coordinator send you a couple of quotes tailored to your requests for you to select from. Each quote will break down the details of the flight for you, including aircraft, airports, and price. Once you have made a selection, our passenger coordinator will send you all of your flight details. If you need hotels and/or car rentals arranged, our passenger coordinator can do that for you too! If you have any questions regarding your flight details, our Dispatch team is available 24/7 for your service!




How much luggage can I bring with me?


If you have a lot of luggage, let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure we choose the right aircraft for your needs! Our passenger coordinator will tell you the maximum amount of luggage per aircraft when making your selection. With Castle, you can travel with far more luggage than a commercial airline!




When do I need to arrive for my flight?


The joy of flying privately is we cater to you! AND No TSA! However, our pilots do have to file flight plans and the selected airports in your flight details are expecting our arrivals and departure times to be accurate. Therefore, we ask that our customers arrive 15 minutes before departure.




Can I fly with my pet?


YES! We are pet-friendly! We love animals at Castle Aviation! We do ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing your pet so that we can make sure any other flight details coordinate.




How do I know which aircraft to choose?


You don’t have to. That’s why we have professionals on our team! Our passenger coordinator will help you make the best aircraft decision that fits your needs.




Where should I park my vehicle?


We have a couple of hangars at the Akron-Canton Airport, so it can get tricky! Hangar 18 is our Passenger Terminal. Click here to see a map of directions. Once you arrive, you will see that there are parking spots right by the door reserved just for YOU! Go ahead and park and our passenger coordinator will be out to greet you with a luggage cart.




If I need a flight as soon as possible, how quickly can I be in the air?


Generally, we can be in the air for about 1.5 hours from the time of the official booking. However, this can change due to pilot availability.
