Last week, Castle Aviation was proud to attend the 2022 RTAG National Convention in Fort Worth, Texas. This convention is hosted by RTAG: Veteran to Aviation Charity, the world’s largest Veteran to Airline career charity. RTAG started in order to help connect transitioning military pilots and maintenance personnel with potential employers.
Castle was on site to interview and network with low time pilots, Dispatcher candidates and A&P Mechanics. With more than 6000 reported attendants, the conference made for a whirlwind weekend of networking. We spoke with hundreds of potential pilots, met colleagues from around the country and came back with dozens of qualified resumes.
RTAG started with a goal of helping rotor pilots transition to a post-military career in aviation and we’re glad to be a part of the program, and we’re looking forward to attending next year’s RTAG National Conference too.
